Elaborate the standards and the principles while referring to the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo in order to constitute conventions which will have to serve as basis of the partnership;
Prepare and conduct training in human rights, leadership, and metrics and evaluation;
Coordinate local projects in the East of the Republic with donors to ensure that the projects are executed according to the will of the latter;
Edit youth project proposals to correct small errors to ensure that projects are presented in the forms as required by the selection criteria and the donor guidelines;
Mobilize funds from various donors to allocate them to projects;
Evaluate and approve project proposals;
Evaluate training meetings and ensure that they are carried out in a way that achieves the intended goals, creates the desired impact and the expected result;
Write reports to donors on finances and the impact on beneficiaries;
Represent the organization in meetings of government, private partners and other organizations and institutions;
Do any other duty assign to me by the Board of Directors.

Develop partnerships with donors to mobilize resources for youth projects in the DRC and beyond;
Create and coordinate the various AYLF sites across the country;
Develop a Jesus Christ-centered leadership training module and conduct the training;
